As we stumble through the minefield of Scammers, Web designers with no clue and other industry related delights. We are wondering if Miami 2010 would be of use to us. I know what goes into organizing events like these as i have done it for years albeit other industry's but this seems expensive if you are a newbie just coming out to peak. A lot of the related topics don't apply to us yet and i guess Im asking, are there any deals for people for people who just want to come and see the exhibits etc?

As for your questions, I recommend the following links:

FAQ - Which answers most questions about the event. Unfortunately, there is no exhibit hall only pass or "tours" that we offer.

LA 2009 Videos: which includes testimonials from attendees in their own words as to what they have gotten out of the event. Newbies in particular have found that both the sessions as well as the networking have allowed them to advance their business faster and avoid pitfalls earlier.

Here's another set of video testimonials. Miami 2009 Videos: These are the words of your peers if you are getting into the business.

The event focuses on the business itself and profits. For any entrepreneur, these are the basics. Among some of the other sessions, notable for newbies include 2 sessions on software, business strategy and new technologies.

As for scammers, it exists in every industry. Fortunately (or unfortunately), few attend our event. One failed company I gave a strong warning to the industry. There are others, but at the present time I will bite my tongue as to naming them.

I've said to many people, if the charts and graphs, as well as the videos do not convince you this event is for you, then I am the first to say, "Don't come."
